Fresh fruits and vegetable are good to eat because it is natural energetic for us. Mostly peoples eat the fruit and vegetable for diet. Fruits and vegetable has may more minerals and vitamin. So we should ea the salad in lunch time and it an control the cholesterol in our body.

Thanks for the advice about placing different color fruits so everyone can get a peek of their favorite treat. My sister wants her boys to eat more fruits and less junk food, so she is looking for ideas. I will pass her the article so she can get some treats that will call their attention, and maybe add some sweets, like caramel to them.

i love eating fruits. every day ever since i was young most my mom always made me eat fruits and i just got used to eating it every single day. i have eaten so many types of fruits and i want to taste more. my friends and i even visited my grand parents home just to try out a fruit that grow right in her farm.This content is no doubt very engaging.
