Guests will enjoy a Kamayan-style dinner—a traditional feast served family-style on banana leaves, meant to be eaten with your hands. The evening’s menu features classics like Lechon Pork Belly, Chicken BBQ Skewers, Pork Lumpia, Vegetable Pancit, Garlic Coconut Fried Rice, Sinigang Garlic Butter Shrimp, and Filipino sweet treats, alongside fresh fruits and accoutrements. The night kicks off with a “Happy Half Hour” from 5:30–6:00 PM, featuring a signature Filipino cocktail and passed street food, followed by the full Kamayan dinner from 6:00–8:00 PM.
