Dolphin Paddle on Salt Run
Join Anastasia Watersports and Marineland Dolphin Adventure as we team up to offer a fun-filled interpretive paddle of Salt Run. Our estuarine tidal marsh is teeming with plant and animal life - hop into a kayak, paddle onto Salt Run, and keep an eye for birds, turtles, manatees, and especially dolphins. Together the Anastasia Watersports staff and the Marineland educators will provide illuminating details about our ecosystem and its wildlife, with a special focus on bottlenose dolphins. The event will start with 30 minutes of classroom discussion, followed by 90 minutes of paddling. Come out and enjoy real, undiscovered Florida!  $40/person, includes boat rental $25/person, provide your own boat

Jacksonville Light Boat Parade 
6:30-9:30pm Vessels of all shapes and sizes adorn their hulls with festive decorations as they float along the north and south banks of the St. John River. Residents and visitors alike gather along the north and south riverbanks in downtown Jacksonville to witness this magical event. The evening then culminates with one of the best fireworks show on the First Coast featuring “waterfalls” off of the Main Street and Acosta Bridges.  The boat parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. Boats will start at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel and follow along the Northbank Riverwalk to the Fuller Warren Bridge. NOCtoberfest 2019
12-10 on Saturday and 12-8 on Sunday. NOCtoberfest is an Oktoberfest style event being held in Nocatee (Ponte Vedra) Florida.  Live music, with headliner Sister Hazel, will take place during the entire festival.  The festival will have several German cities with different selections of German beer.  There will be over 10 food trucks, 40 vendors, a kids’ zone with inflatables, bounce houses, rock climbing walls and a 110 foot ferris wheel.  With the purchase of a ticket, you will have access to the festival for the entire weekend and you will receive a German Stein and a passport, allowing you to get a free t-shirt upon drinking a beer at each German City and having your passport stamped.
