Spring’s most glamorous week returns to TPC Sawgrass as THE PLAYERS blends elite competition with unmistakable social energy. Practice rounds on Tuesday and Wednesday offer a relaxed atmosphere to walk the course and watch the pros up close. Tuesday’s Military Appreciation Day adds heartfelt ceremony and an evening concert near the iconic 17th hole.

By Thursday and Friday, tournament play begins and the energy builds, hospitality lounges fill, viewing decks buzz, and stylish spectators claim their favorite vantage points. Saturday is peak social hour, where fashion, sunshine, and leaderboard drama converge. Sunday’s final round delivers the ultimate crescendo as crowds gather around the Island Green for one of golf’s most thrilling finishes.

A celebration of young creativity takes center stage as students in grades 6–8 showcase their work in this vibrant community exhibit. Presented in partnership with St. Johns County Schools, the show offers a colorful glimpse into the imagination and talent of the next generation of local artists.

This bi-annual exhibition highlights the depth and diversity of STAAA’s member artists. From emerging talents to seasoned professionals, the collection spans styles, mediums, and subjects, making it an inspiring stop for an afternoon or evening of artistic discovery in the heart of downtown.

Artists of all ages and abilities are invited to contribute to this whimsical, nature-inspired exhibition celebrating the beauty of flora. Informational flyers and 8” x 8” canvases will be available as of Feb. 14 at the gallery. Participants pay the $10 entry fee and receive a  canvas to create their piece.

Clay Humane Hosts “Hogs for Dogs” Charity Motorcycle Ride for Local Pets

Clay Humane invites the community to the Hogs for Dogs Motorcycle Ride on March 28, 2026. Riders will visit several local stops and enjoy dinner, music, raffles, and prizes, all to benefit animals in need.

Grab your pack for Clay Humane’s annual Hogs for Dogs Motorcycle Ride on Saturday, March 28, 2026, for a fun-filled day supporting local pets in need. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at Adamec Harley-Davidson on Wells Road. Riders will visit local stops, including Cheers-Park Avenue, Crossroads Saloon, Cheyenne Saloon, and Boogerville Hideout Bar, before ending the ride at Whitey’s Fish Camp, where dinner is included.

The $35 registration fee includes an event T-shirt, goodie bag, food, music, raffles, and prizes for the highest and lowest dice rolls. Register by March 20 to guarantee your T-shirt and goodie bag. There are no rain dates and no refunds.

Proceeds from the event directly support Clay Humane’s mission to provide quality, affordable veterinary care and lifesaving programs for animals in the community. Register online now at ClayHumane.org and ride for a great cause.
