Situated on 1,000 acres with approximately 1900+ single family residences and condominiums this development has been the golden goose for Del Webb in the state of Florida! Nocatee’s largest development is now coming to a conclusion this year with only 3 estate lots left and another 75 smaller and mid-size lots still available for new construction. If sales continue at their normal pace there should be no more lots by late Spring! In the works for years, the developer has been quietly doing its site planning and installing infrastructure so that roads, streets, signs, and lots for the 324 unit Phase 1 are ready to go. Pre-Sells are believed to begin in Spring of 2019 with a Grand Opening in Summer of 2019! Scheduled to offer 854 units upon completion, the development will unfold in 3 Phases totaling 668 single family homes and 186 low-maintenance “Villas”. Those familiar with the current homes in Del Webb Ponte Vedra will find a few significant differences at Del Webb Nocatee…no Garden homes. Only the mid-size Classic and larger Estate homes will be offered in single-family homes. Del Webb Nocatee will also be a natural gas development and with an emphasis on siding versus stucco. Initially there will be 9 floor plans ranging in size from 1,488 sft to 3,700 sft. and prices will begin in the mid-$200K + range. According to Del Webb it will be the first time the plans being offered at Del Webb Nocatee have been released anywhere in the entire country! Very exciting! The owner’s amenity center will feature a 20,000 sft activity center scheduled to be completed by the Winter of 2021. In addition, tennis, pickle-ball & bocce will be offered. More details and clarifications will be released by Del Webb as final decisions are made.
As a 10+ year resident of Del Webb Ponte Vedra myself, it is exciting to hear about the new place down the street and I have to confess it will make many of us curious! However, being at the end of new construction in Del Webb Ponte Vedra does have a nice ring to it as well.
