A. I would say it is the proximity to the ocean, the river, and all the conveniences of a work-life-education balance. 


Q. Has inflation affected home prices? 
A. Absolutely it has. We are starting to see a more balanced, and “normalized market” where it is a more equalized playing field for sellers and buyers.  


Q. Would you say it is a buyer’s market or a seller’s market right now? 
A. Homes are selling in 30-60 days if priced, shown, and marketed professionally and accurately. The market is definitely becoming more balanced and “normal” as compared to last year.
